President/Chair
Rev. Barbara Colacchia is an ordained pastor, chaplain, and author who has dedicated her life to serving her community and inspiring others through her faith. With her experience as an international speaker, she shares her insights and teachings on Scripture worldwide. Currently pursuing a Doctorate of Ministry, Rev. Colacchia continues to deepen her theological knowledge and enhance her pastoral skills. Residing in New Jersey, she actively pastors in Port Murray as Pastor of Evangelism and Discipleship, where she fosters a welcoming environment for spiritual growth and transformation.

Vice Chair
Pastor Susan Remaly is a graduate of Global Awakening Theological Seminary in Pastoral Ministries. She is an Author, Speaker and Church Planter. Her heart is to see men, women and children saved, discipled and living in their identity and authority in Christ. She and her husband Pastor Larry lead The Life Center for Sharing Life Ministries, Ridgeley, WV.

Treasurer
Judy is thankful to be a child of God for over 40 years, married 35 years, finished homeschooling 4 children through high school, and enjoying 3 beautiful grandchildren, one of which she helps homeschool. Holding 2 Bachelor of Sciences in Biology and Psychology, she worked as a Field Team Supervisor for NJDCA and Project Manager for S&S Environmental Corp, before owning and operating both an environmental and computer corporation, and also holds registration as a fitness instructor. Very active in church, Judy volunteered in all child related ministries including coordinating children's church and nursery, operating a large preschool program (MOPS), leading preschool VBS program, as well as leading women's Bible study, teaching at homeschool co-operatives, and being Deaconess. After providing medical and custodial care for both terminally ill parents, simultaneously, Judy is looking forward to where God is leading with E4 Ministries!
